Workshops
All workshops must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
A minimum of 2 participants are required for workshops to take place.
Full refunds will be issued if Girl On Purl Action or the venue cancel within 72 hours of the event.
If a participant cancels inside 24 hours then an issue cannot be issued.
If a participant cancels inside 72 hours of the workshop date then a full issue will be refunded.
If a participant cancels inside 48 hours of the workshop then a refund minus £5 will be issued.
By booking a workshop you are confirming to these t's & c's
Personal development/completion of a project is not guaranteed although as much as possible will be done for the participant to complete the project at home - within reason.
Commissions
Commissions will be discussed in detail until both parties are happy :)
Completion dates will also be agreed upon in advance.
Please be aware it could take up to 4 weeks to complete a commission based upon other work.
Work will not begin on a commission until 50% of the total cost is paid to secure your make.
If it is a very personal item containing such information as a date or a name, 100% of the total cost is paid.
Your make will not be dispatched until 100% of the total cost is paid.
Failure to pay within 21 days of the agreed completion date will return the rights of sale of the item to Girl On Purl Action.
All items are not for re-sale.
Girl On Purl Action retains the right to recreate custom orders and display photographs of your item.
Commission items cannot be refunded.

Every care is taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications all products are correct.
Colour variation caused by computers and/or browsers can occur and Girl On Purl Action cannot be held responsible.

Delivery
All items are sent recorded delivery for piece of mind and their insurance. This costs a little more but everything is hand made so needs protecting.
If you would like a delivery quote prior to ordering please do not hesitate to get in touch.
This does not effect your consumer rights.
Care of your items!
All of our items are made with 100% acrylic wool, cotton or baby safe, wool. Our entire baby line is made from baby safe wool. Our acrylic wool is vegan friendly.
All can be machine washed at 30 degrees but DO NOT tumble dry.
Lay flat as possible to dry to prevent misshaping.
All the stuffing used in each item (where applicable) is fire retardant.
Please be aware that whilst every care has been taken to securely fasten loose parts some items do contain them so children must be supervised at all times.
