A scrap of blacl dk yarn
9mm toy safety eyes or black dk yarn for embroidered eyes
Toy safety stuffing
A pipe cleaner or cake pop stick

Ch - chain
Slst - slip stitch
Sc - single crochet
Sc2tog - single crochet 2 stitches together
* * - the pattern of stitches that needs repeating

Rnd 1; Magic circle 6 sc or alternatively ch 4 & slst into the 3rd st from the hook, ch 1 & work 6sc into the circle (6)
Rnd 3; *sc 1, 2sc into the next stitch* around (18)
Rnd 4; *sc 2, 2sc into the next stitch* around (24)
Rnd 5 - 8; sc in each st around (24)
Rnd 9; *sc 2, sc2tog* around (18)
*place eyes & sew on mouth*
Rnd 12; *sc1, sc2tog* around (12)
Rnd 13; *sc2tog* around (6)
